Rainbow Poke Bowl

Ugly Duckling Bakery

This rainbow poke bowl has seared tuna, crab salad, and Japanese scrambled egg. When prepared in advance, it's great for quick dinners and ideal for hot evenings when you don’t want to cook.

You can use raw fish in this rainbow bowl. But poke just means “chunk” or “slice” in Hawaiian. And it can take many forms, including cooked fish.

Isn't poke raw fish?
