Martini = gin plus dry vermouth. Make one with 2oz gin + 1oz vermouth. Make another with 2.5oz gin + 0.5oz vermouth. Which do you prefer?

The Martini

Gin Espresso Martini

Not a true martini, the gin espresso martini is made with gin, espresso, coffee liqueur, and optional chocolate bitters. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Cranberry Negroni

The classic Negroni is gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Add cranberry juice for a variation!

Negroni Spritz

Bonus! The Negroni spritz is one of several Negroni variations that substitutes Prosecco for gin. It's Prosecco, Campari, sweet vermouth, and soda water.

The French 75 is a classic gin cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and topped with sparkling wine.

Gin & Tonic

Fill a glass with ice. Add 1.5oz gin. Add a squeeze of lime (for a Gin Rickey) or, like here, some blueberry simple syrup. Top with tonic.

Tom Collins

The classic Tom Collins is made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup or sugar, and club soda. Sub elderflower liqueur for the simple syrup in this version.

Lavender Gimlet

The classic gimlet was made with equal amounts of gin and lime cordial. Make this lavender gimlet with gin, lime juice, and lavender simple syrup.

Strawberry Gimlet

Or make strawberry simple syrup and you've got the start of a strawberry gimlet or a virgin strawberry limeade!

The Bramble is a modern cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and blackberry liqueur. This version subs raspberry liqueur and jalapeño raspberry syrup!

The Lady Bridgerton

Made to celebrate the Regency period, this gin cocktail has Empress 1908 gin, lemon juice, and an Earl Grey and lavender simple syrup.
