Semolina is a high protein flour made from durum wheat. It has a coarse ground and yellow color. Semolina is used in couscous, pasta, and on pizza peels.
The best temp for bread is high 70s. If your home is cool, you can warm your oven to 80 degrees. Or microwave water to boiling. Then quickly put in your dough.
Don't slice bread right out of the oven! It's still cooking and needs time for all the moisture to evaporate. If you cut bread too soon, it may seem doughy inside.
