Ingredients

  • 10 red grapes washed
  • 10 strawberries washed, stems removed and hulled
  • 2 apricots washed, cut in half, pit removed, and cut into eighths
  • 1 mango peeled and sliced
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries washed
  • 1 cup blackberries washed

Instructions

  • For any fruit that need washing, rinse well in running water. There is no need for soaps or vinegar. Peel and slice the other fruit and arrange them in rainbow order from red to orange to yellow and so on.
    10 red grapes, 10 strawberries, 2 apricots, 1 mango, 2 kiwis, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup blackberries
