The Passion Spritz is a passion fruit spritz using the classic spritz ratio of 3 ounces of Prosecco, 2 ounces of passion fruit liqueur, and 1 ounce of seltzer or club soda. Notes

Over-muddling mint can make it bitter, so be gentle with your mint and muddle only until you can start to smell it.
Muddle in a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass. We'll strain out those mint leaves so you don't get bits of mint in your cocktail.
Use the formula in this Passion Fruit spritz to play around with other spritz cocktails!
