Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker
  • 1 chocolate square use a thin bar or a half-ounce square from a good quality baking bar
  • 1 marshmallow regular size

Instructions

  • Split the graham cracker in half crosswise and put one half face up on a plate.

  • Put the chocolate on top of the face up graham cracker.

  • Put the marshmallow on a fire-safe surface like a cast iron skillet. Using your kitchen torch with a relatively low flame, heat the marshmallow, turning it or the pan around as needed to brown all the sides. Just like with campfire s'mores, be ready to blow out your marshmallow, and make sure to keep fingers away from the flame!

  • When your marshmallow is toasted to your desire, put it on top the chocolate, top with the other graham cracker half, and enjoy immediately!
