Vietnamese Ginger Chicken Marinade (from Dinner by Melissa Clark)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon peanut oil
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
