Ingredients

1:1 Simple Syrup

¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup water

Porn Star Martini Mocktail

1 ounce (30 milliliters) passion fruit purée
1 ounce (30 milliliters) lime juice from about one lime
1 ounce (30 milliliters) simple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash bitters optional
lime wheel or twist or passion fruit slice for garnish
2 ounces (60 milliliters) non-alcoholic sparkling wine on the side, optional

Instructions

1:1 Simple Syrup

Add the granulated sugar and water to a small pot over medium to high heat and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally.

When the sugar has dissolved into the water, turn off the heat and let the syrup cool.

Porn Star Martini Mocktail

Combine the passion fruit purée, lime juice, 1 ounce of the simple syrup, vanilla extract, and bitters (if using) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with the lime twist, lime wheel, or half a passion fruit.
