This Negroni spritz is one of several Negroni variations on the classic Italian cocktail that uses Prosecco instead of gin.

Campari Sweet vermouth Prosecco or other     sparkling wine Soda water Garnish: orange slice or twist

The Negroni is an Italian cocktail from the 1800s. It’s a Campari gin cocktail traditionally made  with equal amounts of Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth.

What's a Negroni?

The spritz is a Negroni sbagliato (Campari, sweet vermouth, and Prosecco) with an added spritz of soda water. Prosecco and soda decrease the bitterness of the Negroni.

What's a Negroni spritz?

1) Remove the foil. 2) Put your hand on top of the bottle and carefully untwist the cage. 3) Hold the cork firmly. Slowly rotate the bottle until the cork pops out.
