To make the Biscoff Tiramisu,, combine the mascarpone, Biscoff cookie butter,  vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Whip the cream in a cold bowl until it forms stiff peaks. The cold bowl gives you more stable whipped cream!
